Summer lifting/ training

Good morning gentlemen...

I was curious to see if anyone knew when the summer lifting/ conditioning programs start at DMA? Also, are incoming freshmen permitted to take part in these workouts? any insight is greatly appreciated.
 
Offseason workouts usually start in January/Febuary if I remember correctly. kids who are already at school stays after two-three days a week for lifting and performance sessions.

Incoming freshman usually starts end of May or beginning of June as they are still not part of the school enrollment until the current year ends.

Most teams are already working out though. I would get in touch with the AD or coach at DMA to find out. Their numbers are usually listed on the schools website.
