I think Ro would be a good assistant or Jv coach.... he’s a quiet guy and Lacks coaching experience... I think he will be a good coach down the road.... but at Tech, they need someone with experience

You maybe right not sure what quiet has to do with coaching but I know this Ayers had him on the bench for a reason. I've seen him get fired up. I also know he is a Tech guy and he would do well. Sometimes you need someone to believe in you and see where the chips lay.

How do you get experience? Someone has to give you an opportunity. I don't even know if Ro wants the job but if he did I think he is well worth a try.
