I don't think Delaware has ever had an Italian coach a major sport. It woulda bea niza ting.

I think it would be a great hire. Look at his track record turning around 2 programs at Liberty and Richmond. He is a proven head coach at the FCS level and in the CAA. Delaware has been down, but I don't believe they are too far away from winning again.
