TNJ story about Dan Ritter today

Coach Ritter became Howard's all-time wins leader this season, passing the legendary Millard Naylor on the record board. I went to Howard when it was a basketball/track school and football was absolutely an afterthought (played on and off for 3 years too - wasn't any good, but I was an extra body if needed). To watch Howard turn into a football school and the way Coach Ritter has done it with grace and class is amazing.

A few years back, somebody asked me that if Coach DiNardo retired, was there a current HC that you would like to see as the Big S coach. I said Coach Ritt.

2 other comments: BDN ain't retiring and when Millard Naylor was coaching Howard they did beat the Big S!!!

Ritter is fantastic. Howard is way more disciplined than in the past. They are a force in D2 this year.
