UD Dismisses Two Players

Justin Long, and another lineman....Justin Long in my eyes was a terrific receiver who can't be replaced. Who's going to step up in this WR opening?

Also another kid (a RB), who was low on the depth chart, also left the team. That freed up 3 scholarships. Long was an excellent player & will definitely by missed but fortunately UD is loaded with young talent at WR. I'm rooting for Jon Heydt to get some time at WR but there may be a couple of kids ahead of him.

Yeah I heard that there could be an opportunity for Jon to step up now. Best of luck to him.

Delaware has always had a great running game i would be more concered about depth adn talent at that position than at WR
