We know now that Woodbridge is the top team in Division II with Friends and Howard close behind. It's amazing that the Bridge lost their starting QB, a lineman of the year and several other key players to graduation, yet they're 3-0 and they haven't exactly played a cupcake schedule, so to be the team, you gotta beat the team and in D2, that team is Woodbridge
Lurking close behind are Tower Hill, St. Mark's, DMA, Delmar, Archmere and Lake Forest, so while the skill level may not be D1 caliber, D2 is the more competitive division as it stands right now.
Hodgson is 3-0, but the Middletown game only revealed that the Cavs aren't quite at full strength yet. A rematch in late November could yield different results. Sallies is still super tough and Smyrna might be back in the thick of it after a dominant defensive effort against Sussex Central. Other than that, D1 is what it is - Flight A has already been decided and you can pretty much put Smyrna and Central at the top of the Henny North.
Oh, and only 4 games ended with a running clock this weekend. Progress.
