I'm a homer but they probably have the 3 best offensive players in the state in Knight, Henderson and Leddie.

I saw the Middletown QB in a scrimmage and he bad. Real bad. And only in 10th grade. But I think Henderson is a little better right now. Maybe the CR QB who will lead the state in all offensive categories? But stats aren't everything.

And for running backs/receivers...I haven't seen the Concord brothers and the one is going to Nebraska so I'm sure they're legit so idk.

Just watched a couple videos on Delaware online of Frye. He can sling it. Why didn't he start last year?

I wonder what his stats are compared to Henderson. Looks like daddy is keeping baby boy fed so I'm sure he has like 10 receiving touchdowns by now

the Delpercio kid is a baller and rugged,, I have seen him twice,,, he earns his stats no doubt..Just in the Penn game I saw him lay out and make some dynamite catches. He is gritty and I like that. He is a Danny Woodhead.. Will do anything he can to get his hands on the ball and if he does he will catch it regardless whats coming next. I am definitely a fan of that kid

Fry is real deal Hollyfield.. better pure passer than Hendo but he doesn't call the game at the line and have the intangibles Hendo has but he is just a Soph.. Biggest difference is Hendo makes calls and throws to wide open receivers by fooling the D and Fry throws covered receivers open..

Bam as a RB is just one notch below Wil and Leddie but its a small notch.. Avery is the best deffensive player in the state bar none..If Concord used at Avery at WR (assuming he can catch) and threw to him and ran Bam they would be dangerous

I would agree Henderson hits open people but I would argue that he also goes through reads and finds open receivers as opposed to just staring at one person and throwing to him with no one around.

And I'm not sure any of the QBs in Delaware are throwing people open. Frye knows where to throw it and is unloading tight pinpoint passes sure but I doubt he's "throwing people open". That's pro stuff.

But like I said. He bad. Is he tall? Like tall enough to get D1 offers? He has the arm for it probably

what you mentioned throwing to a spot and expecting the WR to get there is the definition of throwing people open just saying and yes Fry is not going through progressions and checking down like Hendo,, MT doesnt run that kind of O ,,sure its a spread look but its a certain play call not a true spread like Smyrna runs

No, throwing people open is reading where the coverage is and throwing a post over a certain shoulder or throwing a go as a stop fade because of how the coverage is. Doubt that's occurring. Just saying

those are option routes and high level stuff,, no that is not happening with MT's O..Throwing someone open is throwing to a covered receiver and putting the ball where only his guy has a chance to get it

Fry is listed as 6'1 180.. but that could be his freshman listing as most teams dont update the websiteforsports player profile after the initial entry

Grahm or Bam depending on what you choose to call him. Grant is their oldest brother, he plays defensive line at UD. I remember Avery was a really good tight end in NCCFL and with HKA. You are right, not sure why they don't have him lined up at WR even as a decoy.

I'm sure we will see all three backs, Leddie, Will, and Bam as the All-State Backs this year. There isn't anyone who is producing as much as they are. At the next level, Leddie and Bam have both received FBS offers and I expect Will K. to pick some up in the offseason. I think Leddie and Bam had an early start and more looks because Leddie was with ECA, and because of Avery being a 4 star All-American and top 5 linebacker in the country, there were a lot of scouts at the Concord games and Bam got noticed.

I also agree Avery is the best defensive talent I have seen play in Delaware in a very long time. Digati from MT was my favorite for two years when he played. Avery is Definitly an easy Defensive POY candidate. But, I've been talking him up since he was a freshman, but at that time no one listened to me. Looking at the Appo game on hudl today, he had 17 tackles and 2 sacks. Covers the whole damn field!!

Sorry I know its Grahm but for whatever reason I think Grant,, I think its because I really like the name Grant,, almost named lil Rooster Grant or Garrett but we went with family names so all that asside its Bam? I will go with that much less confusing for me.... Bam Bam Roberts I like it

FYI I was one of the none believers in Avery ,, sure he was athletically gifted but was just some gifted kid who ran around and did his own thing making a play here and there but putting his teamates in conflict,, but this year he is different ,, he must have gotten some coaching from somewhere,, his technique and discilpline are on point ,, and he looks like a D1 player, Easily the best defensive player in DE this year, no question

Just curious. What's with the jokes about Waggenhoffer?

The CR QB was quoted in an article as saying he expects to lead the state in all QB stats. And there is no "E" on the end of Fry. Just bugs me every time I see it. He is still growing btw. Delpercio might not have the physical gifts of a prototypical D1 wr but makes unbelievable plays on the football. His hands are ridiculous.

Bummy spoke out of turn. The kid has some juice. CR will turn some heads before the season is over...
