The DE Intensity Wrestling club has put together a training opportunity to make sure you level up this summer.
June 26-27-28,
9:00am- 12 pm session 1 / 1:00pm-4:00pm Session 2
Camp is held at Middletown High School
120 SIlverlake Road
Middletown DE, 19709
Depending on enrollment- we will use wrestling room or main gym.
Each day will feature two training sessions designed to teach moves, teach how to drill and teach you how to master techniques. This camp is set up to focus on Retention of skills learned and effectively execute them. This isn't a live all day setting with no growth. This is training!!!

Daily schedule:
8:20-8:45 wrestler drop off.
9:00am- 12pm Session 1
12-1pm Lunch break (provided)
1pm-4pm Session 2
4:15-4:30pm Wrestler pick up.
Cost per wrestler: $150.00 for 3 days of training- 6 sessions!!!
