First practice is tomorrow night, (Monday) from 6-7:30pm. Free of charge. All ages (Elementary-HS) Caravel Academy's Wrestling room address is 20 Merrimack Drive, Bear DE 19701.
The only requirement is a USA Wrestling membership card. http://www.usawmembership.com
Driveway speed limit is 25 mph.

Timmy... all over the board from young to old.. 3 time state champ Jordan Sianni runs it but there are also guys coming in from time to time who work with the kids , Wolfe , Ferazzo, Medley etc..there's newbies but also a lot of experience in the room to work with them.cant beat it for free

there is a place in Middletown that Ronnie Wuest owns. I think the place is Delaware Combat Sports. They have a program for 3 to 5 year olds that introduces them to ground grappling. A friend of mine has a son that has been in that program for a year or so and loves it. You should try them out. I know Ronnies boys both trained since they were little and look how well they have done
