Middletown 3 Caesar Rodney 2
Both teams were strong in the circle on Wednesday, but Middletown was just a little bit stronger at the plate in a victory over Caesar Rodney Riders Varsity on Wednesday. Peyton Shields started the game for Caesar Rodney Riders Varsity and recorded 21 outs.

In the top of the second inning, Middletown tied things up at one when E Britton doubled on a 3-1 count, scoring one run.

:Lauren Schurman had all the right stuff on Wednesday for Padua Academy allowing zero runs, 2 hits, 1 walk and 14 K's on the day. She also led the offense with multiple hits and RBI's on a double in the 5th inning. Cate Shrader had two hits and Victoria Corbo contributed 2 RBI's to complete the scoring for the Pandas.
Olivia Stubblebine took the loss for Newark Charter while allowing 4 runs on 6 hits while striking out 11. Samantha Sobocinkski and Jocelyn Mitchell each had a hit for the Patriots.

Delmar 7 Seaford 2 Delmar got the bats rolling in the 3rd inning scoring 3 runs with a big 2 RBI double by Jordyn Hollamon. Ashlyn Tapman and Zoey Coco both contributed 2 hits in the game. Josie Hollamon had 2 RBI's for Delmar. Sage Larimore led Seaford with 2 hits.

Charter 7 Polytech 5
Katie Hoban earned the win in seven innings, allowing 5 runs on 9 hits, striking out 2 and walking one. Mara Everton took the loss for Poly, scattering 4 hits and striking out 7.

Natalie Nyce was 2 for 2 knocking in 2 runs while Senior Robyn Bufano and Sophomore Abby Goodwin knocked in a run a piece for the Force.
