Sussex Central 17 Milford 0 Madge Layfield pitched a complete 5 inning no-hitter with 14 strikeouts for Sussex Central. McKenna Boyle lead the offense going 4 for 4 at the plate with 4 RBI's.

Lake Forest 14 Sussex Academy 1
Hastings took the win for Lake Forest Varsity Spartans. The Spartan surrendered one run on four hits over five innings, striking out three and walking one.

Sophie Noon took the loss for Sussex Academy Seahawks 2021. The righthander surrendered 14 runs on 14 hits over five innings, striking out seven and walking zero.

Lake Forest Varsity Spartans tallied 14 hits. Sumpter, Stewart, Tilghman, and Hastings all managed multiple hits for Lake Forest Varsity Spartans. Sumpter went 4-for-4 at the plate to lead Lake Forest Varsity Spartans
St Marks 5 Padua 0 Morgan Hall went 3 for 3 and scored twice for the Spartans. Bryan Eyler's rbi single gave St Marks the early lead and that was all Ryleigh Thomas needed as she pitched a 4 hit shutout and struck out 15 Pandas. Thomas also added a 2 run triple. Lauren Schurman doubled and walked for Padua.

Brandywine 7 Christiana 6 Another wild and very competitive game between the Vikings and Bulldogs. These teams battled back and forth throughout the game and the Bulldogs found a way to win in the their last at-bat.
Brandywine's timely hitting from M. Groover, M. McFarland, and S. Bargren helped solidify the win. M. Chakar went the distance pitching giving up 3 ER and striking out 6.
The Vikings were led by their dual threat, L. Carbonara who finished 2-3 with 2 runs and an RBI. Ahlstrom scored twice. Carbonara pitched the whole game with 10 K's.

Indian River 11 Woodbridge 1
Kinsley Hall pitched a 1 hitter and struck out 8 batters. Samantha Derickson went 3 for 4 and Jillian Coulbourne had 1 hit and drove in 3 runs. Macy Blades scored 3 times for IR.

Kamryn Spence had the lone hit for Woodbridge and the only extra base hit of the game with a triple.
Concord 18 Odessa 2
Concord's offense was led by Mackenzie Weinkowitz with 4 hits including 2 doubles and 3 RBI's, Rachel Waslyn with 2 hits including a double and an RBI, and Sammy Fyock with 2 hits and an RBI. Gigi Caldera pitched 5 strong innings to earn the win for Concord.

Natalie Gephart led the Ducks offense and went 1 for 3 with a RBI single to right field.

Smyrna 17 Sussex Tech 6 Hailey McCutchan lead with 4 RBIs and 2 runs, followed by Meghan Shirey with 3 runs and 2 RBIs.

Delmarva Christian 13 Holly Grove 0
Lilly Hutt went 4 innings allowing 1 hit while striking out 7 and Taylor Lowe pitched a perfect 5th inning for Delmarva Christian. Hutt, Lowe, Lilli Showacre, Lydia Woods, Lily Fetterman, and Katie Thompson all had multiple hits for the Royals.

Claire Holland had a hit for Holly Grove.

Dover 11 Cape Henlopen 0 : Dowdy had 12 Ks ,Chandler was 3-4 2 RBI with several other girls with hits for Dover. Heers and Slater had hits for Cape.

Appoquinimink 19 Newark 0 Savannah Laird and Ayla McCathern combined on the no hitter striking out 12. At the plate the Jaguars were lead by Hailey Watlington who went 4 for 4 with a double and triple and 3 RBI's. Alexia Fitzgerald, Lauren Foltz, and Briana Russo also knocked home 3 runs each. Newark battled hard a got exceptional play from Camile Washington.

Laurel 9 Seaford 4
  • Tuesday's game against Laurel was a heartbreaker for Seaford Blue Jays Varsity, as they lost the lead late in a 9-4 defeat. The game was tied at three with Laurel batting in the top of the fifth when Rodgers homered on a 3-2 count, scoring four runs.
  • Hill pitched Laurel to victory. The fireballer went six innings, allowing four runs on six hits and striking out three.
  • Hannah Moore took the loss for Seaford Blue Jays Varsity. Moore lasted seven innings, allowing eight hits and seven runs while striking out seven and walking one.
  • Laurel mashed two home runs on the day. Ullman had a long ball in the sixth inning. Rodgers had a homer in the fifth inning.
  • Cameron Knowles, Aiyanna Bennett, Jordyn Evans, Sage Larimore, Lillie Larimore, and Shea Cooper each collected one hit to lead Seaford Blue Jays Varsity.
  • Laurel had ten hits in the game. Venables, Ullman, and Johnson all had multiple hits for Laurel. Laurel was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error. Givans made the most plays with six.
Middletown 21 Hodgson 0
Reese Founds pitched all 5 innings allowing zero runs on 1 hit and striking out 11 batters. Middletown's offense exploded in the first inning and continued throughout the game with 16 total hits. Stenvik & Hackett came through with a dinger each & there were multiple hits on the day from Elise Britton, Addison Collins, Maddy Hackett, & Summer Montgomery.

McDonough led Hodgson going 1 for 2 at the plate.

William Penn 16 Delcastle 0
For William Penn, Madelyn Pritchard threw a no-hitter, striking out 12 in 5 innings. Pritchard also had 3 hits, all doubles, drove in 3 runs and scored 3 runs. Katie Hewes had 2 hits and 2 RBI's. Rachel Haight had 1 hit, 2 walks, scored 3 runs and drove in 2. Madison Perry scored 3 runs. Sabrie Purnell had 1 hit, scored 2 runs, and drove in 2. And Carly Gilbert had 1 hit and drove in 2 runs.

Howell and Walker reached base for Delcastle.
