Woodbridge 4 Polytech 3
Woodbridge holds on in the 7th inning in large part due to a double play by CF Sam Schroeder, who threw out the game-tying runner on a tag up to 3rd. Seth Smart led the Blue Raiders on the mound, throwing 6 2/3 innings on the mound and striking out 11. Smart was also 2-3 at the plate with an RBI double and 2 runs scored.

For Polytech, Kyle McVey was efficient on the mound, going 6 innings in only 86 pitches and striking out 9. Dale Austin had an RBI double in the 7th for the Panthers.

St. Georges 1 Appoquinimink 0 In a pitchers duel, Evan Bouldin and Zach Hart pitched into the 9th with Hart getting the complete game victory. Both pitchers scattered five hits with Bouldin striking out 10 and Hart striking out 8. Colby Niggebrugge lead the Jags offense with three of their five hits. The Hawks used the top of the ninth to secure the win and Flight A title: Andrew Arterbridge led off the inning with a walk, Nathan Arterbridge bunted Andrew over, Michael Breen's infield single moved Andrew to third, and Campbell Stark's sac fly scored Andrew.

Lake Forest 11 Sussex Academy 0 J.D. Mudri picked up the win on the mound allowing only 2 hits while striking out 5. Leighton Webb, Jonathan Tyndall and Zac Cole had 2 hits each. Webb, Tyndall, Chase Killen, and Tristan McCray all had multiple rbi's. For the Seahawks, Patrick Donahue and Brayden Tidwell had hits.

Delaware Military Academy 4 St. Elizabeth 1 DMA- Senior Zack Morris performed great on Senior Night hitting a two run home run and throwing out a runner for the final out of the game at the plate. Senior Mason Deluca was 3 for 3 with a double. Senior Kevin Williams had 9 ks picking up his 6th win of the season. St. E's- Robert Falcone had two hits for the Vikings.

William Penn 9 Delcastle 0
The William Penn Colonials picked up their 5th win of the season this afternoon vs Delcastle. The Colonials were led offensively by Evan Jackson with 3 hits. Hassan Turner, Michael Lane, Brandon Grygo, Marc Cathcart, and Colton Long all collected two hits for William Penn. Michael Lane picked up the win on the mound going 5 strong innings striking out 6 and surrendering 1 hit.

Vincent Blackston had two hits for Delcastle including a double.

Cape Henlopen 5 St. Marks 1 Gage Joseph threw a complete game allowing 1 run and striking out 8. Josh Reinhold led the game off with a solo homerun. Nick Cox added a solo homerun in the 2nd, an RBI double in the 7th, and scored 2 runs to lead the Cape offense. Michael Clarke had a pair of hits for St. Mark's.

Salesianum 8 Archmere 7
With bases loaded 1 out in the top of the 2nd, Salesianum right fielder, Conor Campbell, snared a fly ball and threw a strike to the plate; catcher, Luke Swift, completed the double play tagging out the runner attempting to advance from thrid base and ending the threat. Salesianum second baseman, Ben Venema, batted 1.000 in 4 plate appearances including a lead-off double in the bottom of the 7th which resulted in the game winning run. Zach Czarnecki had a two run home run for Salesianum. Erik Risnychok had a bases loaded triple for the Auks.

Tower Hill 10 Red Lion 4 Chad Lopes pitched and hit the Hillers to victory. On the mound, Lopes scattered 5 hits ver 6 innings, striking out 12. At the plate he went 3-4 with two doubles and two RBI's. Johnny Gray and Chris simon also had multiple hit games for Tower Hill. Laurel 3 Seaford 2 The Jays lost a heartbreaker in extra innings as Sean Martinez had another solid performance going 7 2/3 innings, striking out 8. Caesar Rodney 8 Charter School of Wilmington 4 Nathaniel Garrison came in relief and threw 4 scoreless innings striking out 7. Andrew Rigby and David Dill had multiple hits for the Riders. Sussex Central 8 Indian River 7 Reif Steen drove in the winning run in the bottom of the 8th inning on a base hit to left field to win it for the Knights. The Knights trailed 6-2 heading to the bottom of the 5th but were able to tie it in the bottom of the 7th with an rbi single by Colin Tucker. Derek Bellemare had 3 hits for the Indians.

Brandywine 10 AI DuPont 4 Brandon Gamble picked up his 5th win of the season while striking out 12.The hitting attack was led bySean Bogan, Nate Taylor and Matt McGill with two hits each. Dominick Pasquarella had two hits for A.I.

Friends 10 Tatnall 3

Highlights: Adin Shweiki earned the win pitching into the 5th, striking out 6, and driving in three runs on two hits. Jason Hughes and Corey Silberglied also recorded multiple hits for the Quakers. Peter Erskine, Silberglied, and Shweiki doubled while Osi Chuwuocha tripled for Friends. Brady Fox struck out five in the start for the Hornets and Michael Walter-Dillon and Tre Marcoz doubled. Michael McGinley drove in two for Tatnall.

Newark 17 McKean 1
Jaden Barton was brilliant on the hill on Tuesday, as Barton threw a no-hitter to lead Newark Varsity Yellowjackets past McKean 17-1.

Dustin Green led Newark Varsity Yellowjackets to victory by driving in four runs. Green went 3-for-5 at the plate. Green drove in runs on a triple in the first and a single in the third.

Newark Varsity Yellowjackets totaled 14 hits in the game. Austin Calabrese, Green, and Gavin Smith all managed multiple hits for Newark Varsity Yellowjackets. Calabrese went 4-for-4 at the plate to lead Newark Varsity Yellowjackets in hits.
Middletown 4 Hodgson 2 Middletown pulled out the win in a close contest, scoring 3 runs in the Bottom of the 5th inning on doubles by Carter Boyd and Casey Hackett. Brett Mckune threw 6 spectacular innings, giving up no ER's. J. Plufgrad tossed 6 innings, giving up 4 ER.

Delmar 2 Milford 0 Delmar came out on top 2-0 in a pitcher's duel. Andrew Calloway pitched into the 6th inning striking out 9, while only allowing 1 hit. Caden Parker came on to earn the save. Calloway also added a rbi with a sac fly in the 6th to help his cause. JT Burdett led the Wildcat offense with 3 hits, while Luke Waters added 2 hits of his own. Alex Mergner scattered 5 hits over 5 innings striking out 9 allowing only 1 run. Aydin Zimmerman had a single for Milford.

Concord 17 Mt. Pleasant 3 Concord was led by Luke Gabrysh and Jacob LaPerle who both had three hits. Dylan Cruser had 8 strikeouts for Concord in three innings pitched. Savion Brown singled for Mt. Pleasant.

Brandywine 21 Dickinson 0 Aidan Kee, Patrick Campbell and Will Jones led the hitting attack with 3 hits each. The three pitchers combined for a no-hitter. Which was saved by two great catches by Joe Bockrath.

Newark Charter 13 Smyrna 1 Newark Charter's Eddie Klima only allowed a Smyrna 5th inning solo HR by Jacob Macey in the complete game win. Klima also drove in 2 runs. Cam Leighton and Chris Marchioni paced the Patriot offense by each driving in 3 runs.

Woodbridge 14 Odyssey Charter 1
The Blue Raiders were led at the plate by their seniors on Senior Night, as Derek Cannon went 3-4 with 3 RBIs, Mike Mangan 1-2 with 2 RBIs, and Wade Little 1-3 with 1 RBI. Christian Quinones and Sam Schroeder had two hits apiece for Woodbridge as well. On the mound, Cannon went the distance, allowing only 2 infield hits and striking out 8.

Jake Layell had a hit and the lone RBI for Odyssey.

MOT Charter 8 First State Military Academy 2 Will Manns lead MOT with 3 hits, driving in 2 runs. Soloman Devard threw 5 innings giving up 2 runs. Mikey Biondiollo 3 innings giving up no hits and no runs. Duncan threw 4 1/3 innings giving up 3 runs and had 10 strike outs.
