Think it is up to the individual schools. You will see some combo of no fans, 2 per player home team only, 2 per player both teams and maybe even more for big venues like the new Salesianum Stadium.
My gut tells me 2 per player for home will be most common and then 2 per player both teams. Only a few teams seem to be doing the "no" fans - Delmar, Indian River and maybe Archmere?
