After trading a couple possessions.. MT hits on a nice throw and catch.. set up by a 48 yard run by Soph RB Walker MT 7 Sals 0 3min 1st

I dont know why everyone is so surprised... Anyone who watches DE HS FB has seen Cape getting better,, I mean they have the numbers and size and one of the top 3 RB's in the state if not the top 1. Legit coaching. They just blow up in 4th quarter and haven't learned how to close games... We will see what they do here..

These announcers in Sals game don't know the rules and apparently neither do the refs.. There is no such thing as uncatchable in HS rules.. If you make contact to any receiver while the ball is in the air no matter where the ball is thrown its PI .. That was clearly PI...

correct it could be illegal contact.. but my understanding is illegal contact would be pre ball flight..
yeah your right you can make contact up until the ball is in the air.. sans holding.. but this call clearly should have been a PI call.. receiver was shoved prior to the ball even reaching his upward plane..its not like he was shoved after the ball bypassed him OB.. Then I would agree to a no call

Got to agree with you.. Cape pulls this off.. They might have Player Of Year and Coach of the Year too..
