Newark drops to 2-7. Polytech's the biggest team I've seen this year, and has the best player I've seen this year (Mallory). Newark was never in this one, even though it ended up only a five point game. Sherman led Newark with 11. Gray and Mallory led the way for Polytech, even though Mallory sat out all of the second and most of the third quarter with foul trouble. Looking pretty dysmal for Newark's playoff chances.
