1) St. E (18-3) vs. 8) Cape (19-3):

The Vikings of Lewes gave the Vikings of Hedwig all they could handle before St. E pulled away 59-50 on January 26th. This game will be won in the trenches as both squads have guards and wings that will get theirs no matter what. Can the Vikings, Cape neutralize Ashley Campbell and keep Ardavia Lee and freshman Rory Ciszkowski from hurting them? That could make the difference. St. E 53, Cape 51

4) Woodbridge (21-1) vs. 5) Caravel (13-8):

Caravel had little trouble with Tower Hill and Woodbridge kept Central at bay, so both of these teams' starters should have enough in the tank for a good game. Caravel's depth could be the difference as Kristin Caldwell can pull off hockey line changes and lose very little. Woodbridge's young guns will need to be at their best and if the previous 22 is any indication, they will be. Caravel 61, Woodbridge 54

3) Conrad (16-5) vs. 11) Howard (19-4) :

The Wildcats used their numbers advantage and affinity for run 'n gun to wear down undermanned St. Thomas More, but that strategy could prove to be deadly against Conrad, who has arguably the state's best starting five and three capable role players. Also, Conrad has a decided advantage in the post with Ny Whittlesey taking up space on defense and having a soft touch around the rim on offense. Howard may keep it close for a while, but Conrad is the defending champs for a reason. Conrad 71, Howard 57

2) Sanford (17-4) vs. 7) Hodgson (17-5):

Hodgson survived a war with Sussex Tech and their reward is a Warriors team who ambushed Archmere before anyone got comfortable in their seats. Sanford will likely try to make anyone other than Kayla Braxton-Young beat them and just be patient and get to their spots on offense. Sanford 64, Hodgson 45

I think Abbey Hearn matches up well with Ashley Campbell, and Cape gets nice contributions from Mahoney and Quinn. Mayo and Henry make the difference here for St. Elizabeth.

Both doubleheaders are scheduled to be streamed on NFHS. The games in Dover should be great.

Cape should run box and 1.. Watkins chase Mayo everywhere she goes.. Stop Mayo and Cape should win by 5 or 6..
