Cleveland State University / Wm Penn Wrestling Camp) Penn state All-America and now New Head coach at Cleveland State University. Josh Moore will be in town to work with our Delaware wrestlers . Camp Flyers have been distributed to all Delaware coaches. I will also have them Sundays at our Wm. Penn team Delaware site.
