Cleveland State University / Wm Penn Wrestling Camp) Penn state All-America and now New Division-1 Head coach of Cleveland State University. Josh Moore will be in town to run a college level technique and training camp. Camp Flyers have been distributed to all Delaware coaches. I will also have them available Sundays at our Wm. Penn Team De. practice.
