On August 11th and 12th Nandua High School will be hosting a wrestling clinic run by 4x VA State Champ and NCAA All-American at OSU, Daniel Frishkorn.
o Check-in on August 11th will begin at noon
o Friday:
Session One : 1pm – 3pm
Session Two: 5pm – 7pm
o Saturday:
Session Three: 9am – 11am
Session Four: 1pm – 3pm
Grade Requirements: All wrestlers entering 8th – 12th grade are welcome (experience is recommended)
Cost: $50 per wrestler; cash or check only
