Why in the world aren't we calling it Rocco stadium instead of Abessinio Stadium? Rocco sounds much more badass.

We can call it anything we like but the official name is based on the donor. Remember, RA actually donated this facility to the state while it is located on city property and there is a management contract held by Salesianum.

In my head I have called it "The Rock." I do think that name is already taken.

The official name is Rocco Abessinio Stadium, the name of the donor, but people can shorten it to whatever they want, it doesn't have to be shortened to Abessinio.
