If the legislature has the ability to dissolve DIAA, then Baylor will consistently bow to their pressure. The waivers being granted are the only examples we need to see how it will work, especially if the wording in a previous post is true (forced to grant...). Here is another example for some of you to chew on: there is an athlete at St Mark's who is attending their third high school in three years. Is this what some of you are advocating in favor of for athletes? If it is, pretty sad.
