C.R vs Cape

I left with a few minutes to go and Cape up 70-55. A few observations: Cape is talented - especially Richards. But he needs to stop the whining and just play. Yes, there were a few missed calls when he went to the hoop, but he should just hustle back and not make faces, wave his arms, etc. Just play the way he can and let that take care of things.
Dadzie is a good ball player. I’ve seen them a couple times and he has shot well and played well.
Cape won tonight while Robertson had a poor shooting night. He did other things well to make up for that.
Coach Williams for CR is very animated and upbeat! He works hard and appears to always be positive with his players.
CR is athletic and quick, but they really don’t have the true basketball talent of a number of other teams. They will be in all their games due to their work ethic and hustle, even if they may be outmanned from time to time.

I read the score and decided to turn around at half time just south of Milford smh.....CR is yet to get that signature win, the top 10 teams they played just flat out beat them...as I said after they lost to Sussex Tech and then Lake Forest, they are not a top ten team imo. The whole NBA whines about calls. Glad you aint a coach then.. Because you would have alot of walk ons on your team... Lol..
See you have no idea who I am or what I do. You can be a "legend" all you want but if you utter Randy with NBA its law that I have to lose respect for your basketball IQ. His talent is not that of a Mid-major D1 program. Add his intolerable attitude on the next level where most players are 6'5 and the vast majority doesn't have his attitude and has his skill set or better...as a coach...I'll pass.
Not all over him...or he would've signed somewhere by now if the offer was that good. Minus the pouting and bad body language I think he could be a D1 type of talent. 321 schools....absolutely he could play D1

I dont care if its 500 schools.. I can see if he said parts of his game needed to be worked on to get to the next level .. It sounds nice old head but until you do something to help these kids instead of praising what is destructive behavior then please shut up. You're part of the cancer in this Sussex region that has kids heads so blown up that they think they're great and they haven't done ANYTHING!!! Since I'm such a hater give him a scholarship then! How about that, why don't you put your D1 program on the line and offer him one then deal with his destructive attitude. I like Randy I'm far from a hater, but I understand how the truth could be easily misconstrued for you. Let me dumb it down for you; His skill and talent level Is not that of a person that you want to risk your job on. He's 6'5 doesn't rebound at a high level, can't shoot the ball consistently, his effort/heart is an obvious question due to lack of consistency, he has no real left hand! To play at the next level you need to DOMINATE the level you are on! When the state is weak for basketball Randy should be hands down the best in the state! No questions asked...however, Randy will pout and cry about any adversity! Stop being an enabler and telling these kids how great they are when they can improve and be productive people of high character and good athletes as well.
Wat did Rickards do to you for you to keep talking about the samething he doing wrong.. How about you mention that he has a great shot at first team Allstate and on a team ranked #1... Hater....
See in sports there's something called CONSTRUCTIVE emotions and DESTRUCTIVE. Demarcus Cousins with the kings = Destructive.....KG= Constructive.
He obviously will make first team all state...is that what we were talking about? lol Don't try to change the subject matter when it gets hot in the kitchen old head. That was the wrong example... Cousin's still do the same thing.. Called emotions. Thats why he a starter in the allstar game... Its all about who coaching you period...
Welp, can't teach an OLD dog new tricks I see....cousins is a supremely talented player who made it to the NBA and has changed his attitude from Destructive because of the label he developed after going thru multiple coaches and was regarded as the most skilled big man but he couldn't get out of his own way. Hence me referencing Boogie with the Kings....have a good day sir.

This is a very under-rated trait that many players don’t realize coaches look for. How does a player react after a turnover or a mistake by a teammate? Does the player have energy when sitting on the bench? How does the player react to coaching or being subbed out of the game?
College coaches don’t want babies, whiners, pouters, and just generally players with poor attitudes! Again this is something that all player can absolutely control and change TODAY!

Good thread in here fellas. I will say re Bones that I like the way he plays and carries himself. Doesn’t dog it, goes hard and keeps composure (generally) when the other team is dogging him. That will serve him well. Now, my sample size is small since I’ve only seen him play 4 times but in this category it’s solid.

Just to clarify, when I posted that list, I wasn’t referring to Bones, that thread was started by a Bones hater, saying there was a scout at that particular game...and they supposedly heard the scout talking on the phone smh bs
I understand and wasn’t suggesting you were hating on him. Just giving my perspective.
I remember bc it was an asinine statement bc what I've seen from Bones...he's legit and I personally don't want to see him in the state next year. Only bc I believe he's next level talented and his situation is terrible up there with that coach.
