Just a follow up on the Delpercio link. He did not get the coaching job to Kirbyville. They sought out a coach from a successful program in Texas, apparently their first choice if I read that correctly.

I live a few blocks from the Reeders. I have spoken to Mr. and Mrs. R when we have run into each other during morning walks. Great people. Great family. Being a selfish Sals fan I wish they had a couple more sons but you couldn't do much better than Troy and Colby.

I don’t know... Cape seems to have some dogs at their school. Anthony Caruso on the wrestling team been in fights already this year and Randy Rickards last night. Cape might be a school soon known for getting in fights regularly lol. I don’t know if you can call them soft anymore lmao
Not sure on the analysis of Cape. There's always talent down there. A lot of schools have talent, it's just a matter of the coaching being able to get the best out of those kids. The kids have to be all in as well.
Cape had a chance last year to be a Contender. I know they were hanging tough with Smyrna early on until Knight and crew put them down like "dogs".
They have a decent size too, they outsize Middletown in the scrimmage.......but that's not necessarily a statement as MHS is usually on if the most undersized teams.
The 4-5 interceptions Wilson had that game wasn't helping their case though.

Yeah obviously just playing. They need to have enough kids that WANT to play first and foremost
Cape has been a good area for sports. Obliviously with Lacrosse, Baseball and Football teams have been solid over the years. Cape has to make the RIGHT hire here. I think bringing back a good tradition is bringing the in house guy in. Really
