D1 Playoff Picture

After week 8 so still 2 weeks and plenty of what if's to occur.
1 Seed would be Hodgson who is 8-0 with 45 total points and a couple more potential bonus with Central winning 9, DMA winning 7, Appo if wins out also 7 and Middletown regardless of win lose will get them at least 1 bonus point.
Currently I have a tie for 2nd seeding if Middletown is awarded 0 points for a D2 loss to IMG as they should.
I'll for now give the 2 seed to Sussex Central with 42 total points. Could see more bonus points if Hodgson wins 1 more for 9 wins, and if Dover gets to 9 wins. Still have CR who could get them another bonus point but they would need to lose for that to occur.
Which makes Middletown the 3rd seed with 42 points as well. DEPENDING on how DIAA treats the IMG loss. They should receive 0 but we shall see. Middletown can only earn bonus points from the final show down with Hodgson and IMG can get them 1 or 2.
Which leaves Dover with the 4th seed with 41 points. They are looking for Archmere to win out to get another point, Woodbridge to win 1 of 2 for another bonus point and Central to win out to give them another point as well.
With Sallies probably getting the 5 as long as they finish the job and beat Smyrna and St. Marks.
Then Appo, CR, St Georges and even Sussex Tech battling it out for the 6 seed all depending on how they perform the final two weeks.
Going to be very interesting who squeaks in and who is left out.

HVT and MT still have to play so there is that.. best IMG can do is 7-1 if they beat Hoover next week..

Those weak D2 opponents of central could hurt them for playoffs. Such a shame for a very good team they have this year.
