I love the scootching the ball forward with his foot after he measures ..the player there is like WTF dude..damn lol

This is not that far off some of what I saw in the playoffs this year!! Not sure how they learned to spot the ball in Delaware but saw many times moves of the ball forward and backward and arbitrary first down calls.

Well we know these aren't DE refs cuz DE refs don't measure lol
