Del-State Men's Basketball Wins MEAC Regular Season Title

Delaware State University has won the MEAC regular season title with a 64-57 victory over Howard University. The Hornets finished 14-4 in the conference and 16-13 overall after playing a rugged non-conference schedule. Greg Jackson should definately get coach of the year in the conference. The man can flat-out coach. All of you guys crying at U of D games should have taken the trip down RT 1 or 13 to Dover to see the Hornets play. As a former Hornet(2 MEAC team titles in Cross Country) we've always had to fight for respect in Delaware. Del-State will now be the top seed in the MEAC Tournamet. Hopefully they can win the tournament and get a first ever NCAA bid. If not you've still done well, players and coaches
