The status quo. It's not just the DIAA rules, Its a mentality by many that if it does not benefit me and mine, not interested. We have a culture of delusional thinking & laziness in delaware that needs to be addressed. Many Coaches think it's not their job to check grades or won't make a tape for a kid to send to colleges for recruiting. The reality is it takes a village but many are satisfied with doing the minimum & whine when they suck. Kids got to be willing to put in the work in school and in training to get better. See to many kids not doing nothing but playing vedio games all summer then have the nerve to bitch about why they on the bench. We have parents who behave like their kids defense lawyers rather than holding them accountable so they can get better. DIAA's role in this is that it's rules limit development time & locks kids into institutions & programs that may not serve the best interest of the kid & protects bad coaches.
