DD looks great at point with the ball in his hands but looks slow and flat footed on D and seemed to be swiping at air allot.. Slow on the the fast breaks as well... He has a niche running the half court O but can't run with these guys..Definately is the team leader and runs things though JMHO

I think that Wisconsin is way under seeded. This could be a tough ball game for Nova. Happ and Hayes are 2 solid bigs for Badgers. Koenig/Showalter vs. Donte is intriguing. (Bummy's curse may be coming. Watch Nova run them out,)
Light on d because of team foul problem I believe and not to sure what you talking about not running with these guys jay put him in per every article to set the pace and prolly plays faster then most on team.
Love Donte but the offense starts with Jalen Brunson. Epitome of a point guard
Just based on what I saw last night. by run I meant in fast break situation. He was last up the court on them and by a good margin. Maybe he has heavy legs after a full college season this year.. Maybe thats game plan.. just too me he looked slow

I think Nova should have gotten him more shots at that point. Jenkins kept forcing shots and wasn't hitting anything. Donte was feeling it and they should have gotten it to him.
Bummy is not a basketball guy but it seemed that Coach Wright was also going to try to go to Josh Hart a lot late in the game. (Nova ought to be interesting next year. DD role and importance will be elevated. Possibly a captain with Brunson?)
The kid ended up being a key player as a freshman, can't even imagine him as a senior.
Nice Season Donte. Keep it Ballin. He is one of quite a few Delaware kids that are Ballin on all levels. Anyone can go don't be surprised.
