Was pretty cool seeing Donte D at the White House yesterday. Hopefully he stays healthy and contributes on the court next year but if he never played another minute (God forbid) what a year that young man has experienced...must have been exciting and painful at the same time.

We shall see. He is in the fast lane playing for the defending National Champions. He still has 4 full years of eligiblity due to the injury.
Probably Donte's greatest contribution to the team was being Buddy Hield in the practices leading up to the semifinal game with Oklahoma. Coach Wright raved about Donte's contribution in those practices. (Nova held Hield to 9 points.)
Time marches on. It will be interesting to see how the Big S progresses from their 2nd round tourney exit of this year.
