Fans out of control?? Rumor? Truth?

I’m not sure I just received a call and was told that the person on the phone was at the match and was shocked that parents would act the way they did. I mean you would think you send your kid to a military school you would maybe be able to control yourself but who knows. I trust the person on the phone so I’m pretty sure something took place.
Completely untrue, one parent was upset over a call and because they thought that the wrestler should of been able to get the pin instead of stopping the match for a TF
, which would of tied the match but it was the right call. No fights, no cops. The constable were there all night long. A Laurel kid got a cramp rolling the mats and needed help. Alot of the parents from first state told the kids great job and good luck tomorrow.

Plus it was live for first state parents who couldnt make it, I'll be more then happy to send anyone a screen recording of the final match till after the lights came on.

I know you said you trust your source but my son wrestles 215 for first state and I was there at 615 and one of the last ones out of the gym. Beside the one parent who thought the ref made a bad call, which he just voice his opinion from the bleachers there wasn't anything else with parents or anything involving the cops. It was a great close match. Us parents are extremely proud because noone gave us a shot, especially with our easy schedule hahaha

You can’t argue the schedule thing. Just look at it. I’m glad you spoke your piece maybe the person I talked to was being overboard it’s been known to happen I wanna say congrats for making the tournament and the best of luck to your son with conferences and state right around the corner. Without reading farther down I can already guess which teams fans. Some of them are and have been out of control for a while now.

Unfortunately there are parents out there that feel that bitching is going to get them somewhere personally I feel it only makes them look like an idiot. Not to mention it probably makes their kid look bad and puts even more stress on their kid. We have coaches to question calls that are iffy we don’t need out of control parents making a scene looking stupid. I feel bad for their kids wrestling is already stressful enough they don’t need anymore stress on their shoulders. Like you said sit in the stands and cheer positive cheers if you don’t have anything positive to stay either shut up or stay home.
You guys are making it like he disrupted the whole match, every team has someone who yells at every sport. I promise you his son wasn't embarrassed because it wasn't that big of a deal like it's being made out to be from this post, lmao. It's just as crazy to me that one "rumor" has went from the FS fans were out of control and law enforcement had to step in to now the kids are embarrassed because of one parent. Laurel did what they were supposed to do and won the match, they didn't blow us out like everyone thought would happen and the fans didn't go crazy or embarrass the kids. You guys trying to crap on a school/coaches/kids/fans is what is really embarrassing

Wasnt there so if you say nothing happened then nothing happened. In general parents should know their role at a match.
