First team all-state: Who ya got?

Connolly
Lewis
Julie Kulesza
Should be definites

Speaks- inconsistent but very tough at times.

Snow- saw her struggle mightily against Conrad

Marvel- a little inconsistent but very tough at times. Had big games vs Conrad

Tucker- her high #'s are due to the volume of shots and a very weak conference. Much like the other leading scores in the state(Dickinson, Laurel, & AI girls- lots and lots of attempted shots). Give any of the listed girls the # of shots and they'd be averaging above 20 plus.

Pollich- tough post player for Sanford with good hands and a soft touch. Solid and consistent season

Steph Kulesza- put it to Concord and Archmere. Very skilled

Park-Lone- crafty and runs her team but wasn't a fan of her bad body language and finger pointing vs Ursuline in regular season game.

Gordy and Mason- very tough post players but with the loaded line up #'s are tough to come by.

Griffin- great court vision and very unselfish. Should have a solid college career with good coaching finally

Finally got a chance to see both Kuleszas play at the Hodgson 2nd round game and Stefanie Kulesza definitely was the better player that night, even though she fouled out. She stretched the floor with her shooting, attacked the boards, played really good defense...and just an 8th grader. If Ny Whittlesey can develop into a formidable post presence and Conrad gets a player similar to her that can score, I think they can break up the Sanford/Ursuline party next year and the year after.
