IMG vs. Middletown

IMG is paying for their flight & accommodations. Not sure they’ll cancel this late. Weird outlook though. Virtually zero chance of winning, and a very high risk of injury(ies).

IMG just lost to Mater Dei snapping their 41 game winning streak so they can be had lol dont think Middletown will but whatever Hope everyone comes home safe

(2015) ECA lost to IMG 50-16, returning home with at least one season ending injury. In addition, an IMG coach came onto the field shoving an ECA player (without a penalty on either player or coach). Stay classy.

None!

I know Manatee can house more fans, not that the entire town of Middletown is coming down. I do know close to about 20 for a fact, me as one of them that are going down. (Catching the Tampa Bag/Cleveland game while I'm down)

If I had to assume why I would say schedule conflict with another house team, such as soccer? Or construction issues maybe?

Shine I believe they are D2.. Approx 1200 students but that is K-12

record is 4-1 and they wont lose another.. 4 games left best they can do is 8-1 but one of those games left is COF Academy who I doubt the game even happens and even so COF has been deemed not a school so doubt they would count for anything anyway.. so 7-1 1 bonus pt

Capital Prep/Achievement First (CT) cancels game with Caravel

only 3 home games for CA this year SMH

IMG is considered a D2 school. So at best, Middletown receives 1 point for the game because of at least 1 Bonus point, like RR stated.

Right now the bonus points I see them getting is 1 from IMG, 1 from Sallies, 2 from Hodgson, 1 from Smyrna. Maybe if they are lucky and StG can pull the upset over Dover, they could get possibly get one from them but other than that scenario they will only receive 5 bonus points. As long as they handle their business instate, they should still receive the top seed.

There is a possibility for 2 for IMG but a very remote one.. IMG has Nov 9/10 open.. and St Frances has COF scheduled that week. If COF folds up which it looks like they will. If SFA and IMG can bury the hatchet maybe they can schedule that game. IMG wont be paying for it though. And that will depend if a fft win from COF would even count for anything.. Cant have a valid contract with a fake school lol

actually after further review there is no chance.. 1 pt

I was browsing the IMG website and learned that the tuition approximates $75,000 with "limited financial aid available". The big question is how do students pay Ivy League rates at a sports academy.? I'm thinking that this is something that the NCAA might be interested in knowing.

The football players aren't paying anything. At least the ones on the field lol private sponsorship's and all.. I am sure if you were able to pull back the layers there would be a NCAA violation there or two but they are well lawyer'd up and have their tracks covered well.. That said I dont think their football team will continue in the manor it is and its my gut feeling this will be it for the National team anyway.. just too much money going out and not enough coming in just a gut feeling though
