Lou just could never get a championship. He had some good teams but there was always another team that was better. Sounds like he was a good guy...

Brad listed his players that went on to coach but missed Chris DiMascio.

Lou Bender was one of the greatest high school basketball coaches in the state of Delaware. He was a kind man and when he was on that court he was very intense and expected the kids to learn his plays. He also knew how to turn teams around and make them winners.
