You need to contact Rivals or I think even Yahoo customer service to do that and then you have to have a good reason for them. They dont like to do it for whatever reason.. Site mods or admins can't do it.. It is very difficult to do allot of waiting on phone and getting jostled around person to person.. easier to just to make a new account from a different IP or email address..
