since seems like everyone was wondering where he was lol.

I, All the way from San Diego, CA Found his current HS.

He was playing for Friendly, HS (MD) in a scrimmage against Dunbar, HS (MD) this weekend.

Hmmm. Thats crazy. I thought i moved arround allot but I guess when the choices are limited you do what you have to do. The kid is a smart kid and athleticly gifted. I truely hope the light bulb comes on and he makes it happen there

Having moved arround alot as a kid I know how tough it is going to a different school every year. But is is overcomeable hopefully the young man hunkers down and makes it happen. It can be done

Yeah but your reasoning for moving around was due to military was it not?

His is more so usually he doesn't like what's going on with his football situation and looking for a better one.

he was a freak of nature for is grade 7th/8th grade, and sadly I believe the mindset of being looked at as a future baller never left and I honestly think never was able to develope as a football player because of it. Instead he'd just switch teams to be looked as what he may be able to do.

IMO , he would have gotten a lot of looks if he had just stayed and gone to MHS . Wish him the best .

Maybe I should clarify... he never went to MHS but he he lives in Townsend and would / could go to Middletown H.S. .

Put it like this, he put up pics of his "freshman all American" football game on social media...

He also put up post stating how much delaware football sucks, and how kids were getting offers that didn't deserve them.

Add those two things and the fact that he's on his 5th team in 5 years.

And also the fact that you jus brought up in that he has never even made a all-state/all-conference team, in Delaware at that (no offense)

Sounds like a young hoopsdownstate

Yes my moving arround was due to custody batlles , father in military and mother a vagabond hippie. But none the less i can relate how hard it is and have compassiion

Dont know if its his doing or his parents. I do know he always had that entitled attitude and didn't take to coaching or teaching for that matter. Let it be a lesson for other phycally advanced Rec superstars and their parents When the coach says academics first and ball second they mean it no matter how good you think you are. You dont get the nickname Noheart for no reason

raven as you know I'm a ECA guy, and was around when he attended ECA for all of about 5 months.

When I tell you that this is ALL him, I'm not exaggerating.

The ways I've seen, and heard him interact with his mother is something you have to be there to believe. point of this is that he is in a situation at home where basically whatever he says goes

Thats a shame. CA went out of their way to help the kid and ended up with egg on their faces. You can only do so much as a parent, coach an educator. You can lead them to water but you can't make them drink it

@HSFBlover1 TMI just saying, his personal life should stay personal, no disrespect ur posts are generally knowledgeable but as adults we need to remember his still a "young man"

He is an adult and his story is a cautionary tale for others to learn from. That is how we advance as a society learning from others mistakes Cover ups and hiding truths helps no one not even the person being covered for

Yeah I honestly was cautious when I posted that but then thought about the fact that if he doesn't care how he acts towards someone like his mother while others are around, especially other adults then I figured it wouldn't matter here...

How can you play at 5 different high schools and still be eligible to play football. Don't you only get 4 years of eligibility????

He didn't play at 5 schools... Went to Dematha in 9th but did not play for whatever reason( maybe he played rec like many kids do in Md their freshman year but I don't know) , Went to ECA and played a couple games prior to 10th grade but school was delayed starting as bills had to be paid to the online source so he transferred to William Penn and played never actually attended ECA in high school. , 11th transferred to Caravel and now 12th at Friendly in PG County Md.. He is only in his 4th year of high school and has only played 3.. Also even if he was in his 5th year of HS in Md he would still be eligible as the 4 years of eligibility does not have to be consecutive in Md

Ok...I see, I thought he was a senior as he is the same age as my son. However your explanation makes sense. I wish him luck. I thought he was going to be a standout, but he seems to have under achieved due to so many moves.

I don't believe he ever reclassed either unless he reclassed when he transfered into Red Lion as a 7th grader Red Lion was doing alot of that back then but they had to have right birthdate but I don't think he did.

Jeez looking back at the RL MS roster that year they were loaded!

Cameron Chambers @ Michigan State
Kasim Hill @ Maryland
Kedrick Whitehead UD commit
Randy Fields WVU commit
Jahmel Wiley @ Maine
Noah Taylor (he was a stud that year)
Taj and Tavion Washington don't know where they are
Ty-kee Moore Center for Smyrna
Jonathan Donnely don't know where he is either

Taylor played for dematha, maybe he didn't get playing time but I know for a fact he was in uniform when ECA played them at Morgan state his freshman year.

He played for ECA (3 or 4 games) but your right left before classes started.

Penn, caravel, and nor friendly

Still has played for 5 different schools

Btw tavion I believe may still be locked up, not sure,

Taj is a great story actually. He, Jerome smith (Pencader (2010)/Syracuse/Falcons), and Jacob Atkinson (ECA 2015) actually opened up a training faculty in Newark this month.

Jake is the mastermind and brought in a lot of former ECA guys to help set up.

It's actually a really great thing to check out

He was not on their roster. He very well could have been on JV or Freshman team as WCAC and MIAA teams dress all the kids in the program and put them on the sideline to make the program look bigger but I have found nothing of him playing that year JV or otherwise. WCAC teams do keep the freshman together on freshman teams rather than worry about JV titles or records

I have seen the Alpha Training thing on facebook. Jake is a possitive driven man Not so sure the ECA kids will make a living at that sort of thing its a tough competitive business with not a ton of money to go arround being you have to comp young promissing athletes to get the brand recognition. No one has a business or marketing degree either. I believe Jake is entrepreneural enough and has the energy to make stuff happen but no so sure how long the other guys will be able to last. Allot of big money that can hire degreed trainers in that business now best of luck to them and I wish the best for them but that businees has a low success rate as a start up with no corporate backing or professional athletete backing. Ask that SSS guy that used to be on here he had Reeder and alot of Sallies guys at one time and is history now and he was a Olympic Body builder at some time or something

The ECA guys only helped him set the new facility up, they don't work for Alfa. Believe it's just Taj, Jerome, Jake, and a female.

Busness degrees aren't needed, but Smith did graduate from Syracuse. And Jake is about to graduate himself.

Jake is one of those guys that make things happen, he tried to take over flash and make it a money making busness for ECA but DT wasn't having it.

He will succeed somewhere in life that's for sure

Your probably right but their is no record of it. None the less then he only played 3 years of HS ball. How many teams dont matter. I played for Soquel High CA and Edgewood MD my freshman year after we moved. DIAA rules state you can't play for two schools in one year but that doesn't pertain to out of state transfers only DIAA school to DIAA school transfers

my response was about Taj and your statement he was a great story. I was pointing out he is working at a start up training program and there are tons out there and most don't last long. Its basically like working at planet fitness but without the franchise and corporate benefits. if it doesn't work out then what? Unless your saying he is working there while going to school than thats a different story buts its not the story ECA was selling folks
