rr, I would rather talk to you than Aunt Bummy. I know very little about FB.
I know speed is important in FB. It opens space on offense and closes space on defense. Does that make sense?
Now, having speed will not help you if you can't tackle or have no discipline or don't run your routes right...you know all that FB stuff you guys throw around.

I have met him a few times.. Coach O is quite the character and is a more straight up and honest individual you will ever meet.. I like that guy could listen to him talk for hours
