When I first moved to the area, I toured a number of schools and talked to the Head Football coaches to determine what school I wanted my son to attend. When I interviewed Coach Knox and told him that my son was starting QB in 7th and 8th grade at his middle school but that his first love is defense, Coach Knox responded "That's good, because I can teach anybody to hand the ball off."
That statement did not make me want to have my son attend Stephen Decatur High School.
