I used to feel that the Sals this year were a solid squad and next year they would be a powerhouse, I was wrong. The Sals are an average team, I don’t see them doing any better than 6-4. They are better than what they have played the past 2 weeks, but the questionable offensive play calling and the pathetic secondary have drained them. All year Sallies has been on and off on offense, showing little sparks here and there. The past 2 weeks BDN has been relying on Watkins and the young O line too much. He should be playing to the strengths of his team, THE RECIEVERS! He has 6’5 Sean Regan and 6’3 Logan Bushweller and he only throws 5 times a game UNREAL. All I’ve seen is sophomore TE John Healy targeted every game. The Sals need to get there act together fast, maybe the BDN regime is over, his plays are too bland and playcalling is debatable

Maybe he doesn’t have confidence in his QB .... anyway, BDN doesn’t throw the ball .Off tackle right , off tackle left , guard -trap then a pop pass to the TE. Hell, I felt bad for Gwynn because he had throwing ability and he rarely threw the ball.

Gwynn was one of the most talented toolsy QBs and was just never developed.
Aunt Bummy, this is the reason why our marriage didn't work out. Forget BDN's offense for a moment. We can get back to that when I figure out how to pay the alimony that was ordered by Family Court.
We will go slow. Let's go like the last few years (not counting this year). How many sophs has BDN started....and I know I am missing some. Troy Reeder, Colby Reeder, Whittelsy, Brian O'Neill, Kyle Cathers, a few starts for Dom Marra… a couple years back he gave Bushweller some starts as a Soph.....and I am sure that I may be missing some. He is starting that many this year!!
They are like 6's developing into 7.5's next year and then we will see if they elevate from there their senior year. I can't tell at this year how good they are. Also, BDN is playing the most 2 platoon FB since he came to the Big S.
In sports you are what you do. Right now the Sals are doing 4-0 against poor competition and 0-2 against 1 solid and 1 great competitor. One week a time, Aunty. (the check is in the mail...)

Sallies just needs to get back to what they do well- hold back kids in middle school so they can play as 20 year olds in high school and then they’ll be right back in the thick of things. It’s mind boggling to me that they got away from that formula to begin with.
Why in the hell did they let you back on?
