I am sure that it was the back up QB. I think he was #11 and no way he is 6' 4". The kid was a solid runner but not a great passer especially in those weather conditions.
Props to the Sals though for hanging with a very solid and well coached team. Coming away with what will probably a 7 point win. The first Sals win over a team with a winning record.
Weather was crappy especially in second half. Sals Oline got some push in the 4th quarter...maybe wearing down the Owls.
This win may shake up the city rankings.

Both teams played in the same weather, nice win for Sals, they could gel at the right time and become a problem for some teams. Just warning
yeah #11 is Clatterbuck a starting wr/cb 6'0 filling in at QB The QB #14 Etchison who is all of 6'4 6'5 .. Word was he was dinged up last game..Md folks weren't sure if he could go..Guess WM didnt want to go with FR QB. in any case its a big win for Sals play off hopes..

umm yeah I get that but to say the weather didn't favor Sals style of play would be silly..not to mention WM best player was out.. Not demeaning Sals win at all.. It was a big one but analyzing the game facts are facts.. Sals caught a big break and made the most of it..
The Bummy Bus Curse came into play. Apparently, the Westminster bus, maybe busses, got to DE in plenty of time but took the team to Banning Park. It got squared away and Owls arrived in plenty of time.
After the post game shake line, the teams huddled together for a group prayer. Bummy, a noted agnostic, was thoroughly impressed with that.

There were a couple of unsportsmanlike penalties but after a lot of tackles, players from opposite teams were helping each other up and patting each other on the back. A lot of goodwill and friendship displayed during and after the game. What's this country coming to??

Rumor has it the Sals are just about to suspend ~10 players for smoking Juul in school. (thats vaping for old people). Some starters and the hammer should come down Monday.

Ches he got the info from some kids at the game.. I am sure there is truth to kids getting caught vaping but doubt these kids would know what the punishment would be and when.. If they did get busted and the punishment is suspension then I seriously doubt they would let the kids play Friday night and wait until Monday to punish them doesnt add up
I have to agree with you and hope that your interpretation is correct. I got home from the game last night and was happy that they finally played a solid game against a good opponent. (...and they have a long way to go...)

I was at the game and 11 came in and played a little QB but for the majority of the game it was #42 who was actually a pretty good player.
