Idiots.

Some ugly video of the fight.. not sure this game should have resumed.. definitely punches being thrown.. welp there it is above.. everyone involved should have been ejected

28-0 Auks over Conrad with 1:28 till half

Elizjah Lewis 61 pass from C.J. Henry. 2-pt pass good. Hodgson 27, Howard 20 1:52 3Q

End of the third quarter. St. Elizabeth 14, Laurel 13

End 3 Auks 42 Red Wolves 0

That fight really woke up both teams, but Hodgson's talent won out in the end. Howard should be encouraged by their play on the field. Hodgson really could be holding the big trophy on December 1st.

I wouldn’t have allowed the game to continue if I were the officials. Looks like a dengerous situation for the people on the field. Tommy N was in Wilmington today. Wonder if he was contacted right away?

Suspension from school and next weeks games coming next week.

Still... if I’m one of those old men one the field working a hot day so these kids can play a game AND I have to break up a fight between 20 young men in helmets, pads and cleats I’m packing it up and calling it a day.

I know the kids shook hands and all at the end but to me it sends a bad message letting the game go on after that. I have seen situations like this happen in games before and in all cases the game was halted..

Heard an interesting tidbit yesterday, Red Lion has brought in Ken Anderson long time MOT Rec HC and President. Andersons youngest has also transferred into RL from MT. Will be interesting to see if he can build up the program there. Andersons 2 older sons were good QB's for Middletown

Did one of his kids play for Appo?

If FSMA had Charter next week they would win that game and be 3-0. They have Conrad so they may still be possible

FSMA's next month - Conrad, bye, St. Andrew's, North East (Cecil County), then Charter. They really could be 5-1 or 6-0 by the time they get to the DMA/Archmere portion of their schedule.

2-0 Teams

Middletown
Sallies
Dover
HVT

AI
Delmar
FSMA
McKean
St Marks
St E's
Friends

DMA to play later vs Milf

I think we need to tap the brakes on FSMA. Wins over St Andrews and Red Lion? Good for them but those teams are at the bottom of the barrel.

Might be their only 2 wins of the season.
