Yes ravensrooster!!! I agree, no way that Friends should ever get in. I mean the way that they put up 41 on Archmere in the first round of the playoffs last year, and were down a whopping 7-0 at the half (and lost 14-0) in the semifinals to Laurel was an embarassment, there should be an investigation

DMA rallies to beat St. E's 22-21. 4-0 heading into Friday's night game at St. Mark's. That's likely the D2 game of the week.

Some serious second guessing going on at the St. Elizabeth dinner table tonight. Up 21-6 late in the 3rd, facing a 4th and 17 from their own 35, fake punt - unsuccessful. DMA marches right down the field touchdown and two point conversion to cut it to 21-14.

There were other issues by both coaching staffs in the 4th quarter, but DMA prevails

Wow great come back. I still feel St. Mark's is their first real test. Spartans by 10

That's rather disappointing to hear from a coach, especially since it seemed like he was out-coached (just going by a previous post). Sounds like a sweet victory for DMA.

Looking at the tough schedule that STM has, you almost wonder if the DMA game is a must win for them. I think DMA is a bit better than they played today and may have been looking ahead, STM looks to be their last big challenge on their schedule. I think DMA versus STM is setting up as something special. If I was not otherwise engaged next Friday, I would make the trip north of the canal for this one.

I figured I'd stop by the ste vs dma game today because who really wants to watch the Eagles. Complete break down in the fourth quarter. First dma was bigger and wanted to run outside. Why? When they ran up the middle they gained yards. That QB made some nice plays with feet and arm in the fourth. Ste, who coaches them because the guy I thought was the head said very little to his players. Don't head coaches usually run the offense? They lost that game. It's a shame those kids played tough. Just ran out of gas at end.

Other than Middletown-Sallies, I can't think of another game next weekend with more must-see quality. I think this absolutely is a must-win for St. Mark's because after DMA, they've got Caravel (still tough) St. Georges, who appears to be rolling, Hodgson who won't go quietly, a winnable game vs. St. E's and then Sallies at UD to close out the season.

DMA pulled a Houdini act this week, but they've got to start strong against St. Mark's because the Spartans are better coached than St. E's in my opinion.

I didn't see the game, so obviously it is hard to speculate. How was the DMA defense against the run? From what I saw against Milford, I thought it might be an issue for them going forward.
