Hodgson 41, Middletown 39. Middletown's become rather pesky this season. Flight A teams should watch out.
Woodbridge tattoos IR 76-31, remains unbeaten. That game at CR on Friday night should be interesting.
The box score shows 71-20 the final Smyrna over Sussex Central...Ouch.
I left w/ about :40 left @ CR up 44-35 but I guess we both left a little early because I was told freshman guard Eden Davis hit 2 3s while fellow freshman guard Javon Peace got a steal to pull Dover w/i 1 w/ about :16 left & they also had a chance to tie it on their last possession before losing 46-43.
It wasn't too much excitement for a CR/Dover game for me throughout the night and sounds like I missed the best part. McDowell might have the best on-ball defense that I have seen from a player downstate...very scrappy. Dover should do enough to get into the playoffs and be a tough first round matchup for somebody.
CR's big man Joe Williams was a problem for Dover in the paint blocking shots all night & owning the boards. Bouie looked good for CR last night too & probably led them in scoring.
Completely agree not your typical CR Dover game. I must of left to early as well can't believe I missed all the excitement. I think both teams make the playoffs. CR will probably be in the middle of the pack. Dover will be towards the back but could be bad match up for some teams.
