To get here, Dover won big over Sallies 13-4 with Cullen getting the win (pitching 5 innings) and in the 2nd round Dover beat #2 Archmere 14-0 with Spadafino getting the win (pitching 4 innings). I would assume Cullen would get the start here. Caravel won big over Central 14-3 with i believe Hart & Bilous pitching. Caravel came from behind 5-1, to win over Smyrna 7-6 in the final inning. I believe Carney, Bilous and Hart pitched. So i'm not sure who will be on the mound for Caravel, or will all of them throw by committee.
