Baynard is killing it at Wesley.. obviously under recruited.. Coach Draas doesn't mind though

2015 (Junior): Named First Team All-NJAC… Rushed for 1,381 yards on 260 carries, averaging 5.3 yards per carry over the course of the season… Became Wesley’s first 1,000-yard rusher since 2010 and finished the year with the Wolverines’ fifth-highest single-season rushing total in program history… Recorded 17 rushing touchdowns on the season, the third-most single-season rushing touchdowns in program history… Averaged 106.2 yards rushing per game… Caught 62 passes out of the backfield for 656 yards and two touchdowns… Set the Wesley College all-purpose yardage record with 2,037 all-purpose yards without recording a punt return or kick return all season

If you look at where Johnny Manziel was 5 years ago...it is very comparable to Nolan Henderson.
(That is talent wise. Manziel has chosen to flush his talent down the toilet.) Henderson made a throw in the 4th quarter of the title game where he was rolling right almost to the sideline and then hit a receiver cutting left after running along the sideline. No DE HS QB I have ever seen could have made that throw.
(Ben Williams, Darius Wade?

If he gains some size and strength he could be Gannon like or Vergantino like at UD...

Uncle Bummy; I believe that Henderson committed to UD as an "athlete" and not as a QB.

I will take you at you word, dovetail. If Henderson were bigger he would be gobbling up big school offers. That still may happen. I mean if he is offered like a Mid American School or even Temple he would be better sticking with UD.

Is Colby Reeder a LB. I think he is a natural safety. Then again.....

Barnyard is a college senior and captain of the team, he is not the same player you all remember.

Please do not compare a college senior with any HS athlete (if you were).

As good as he was last year, he is even better this year. I had the opportunity to watch his workouts and do alittle cooking for the boys this summer. Also, their season preparation was greatly enhanced via

I think Colby is a tough fit body wise at LB. My inclination would be to see him stay on offense, I could see him developing into a Scott Dierking type of RB.

I thought Colby was listed as secondary on the roster? I can see him playing as a hybrid linebacker, sort of like what we're seeing in the nfl these days with chancellor, and Shaq Thompson, safeties converted into linebackers. It seems to be working really well especially with how pass happy the league is getting, they are asking for their LBs to drop back much more.

Colby is rostered as a LB.. He is 6'3 225 .. Troy is 6'2 235 .. Colby is not fast enough to be a hybrid, OLB or DB IMO... He will get beefed and up be an inside guy,, In a couple years he will be 235 or 240 and man the middle after Troy .. Assuming the coach stays and they still run the 4-3

"As for the "Middletown almost lost championship" statement, be easy with that, because we can easily say they could have won the year before against st: marks being up by 14. So that argument is invalid. The four years Wade and Godwin were playing, is probably the best football I have ever seen."

HS- we are going to have to agree to seriously disagree on that invalid argument comment. Here's why- (from watching and website4sports)
1) In the 2010 Final St. Marks was down 16 pts but absolutely dominated the Cavs from the late 2nd qtr and rolled off like 28 straight while shutting the Cavs out in the 2nd half. So no- the Cavs could not have easily won that game. If you wanna look a lil further?- MT got stomped by the Sals that year 27-0. While the Spartans dominated the Sals in back to back games winning both by 14 pts. Something the Sals never wanna see again LOL

2) In 2011- MT lost just a few weeks earlier by 13 pts to Newark and then only won by 4 to grab the title-so yes, the Cavs could have easily lost that title game as it was a back and forth affair.

I have no issue with the 2012 Cavs-simply the best team that year, but best ever seen can be attributed to you just being a youngin'
