Heard a rumor that Williams has a season ending injury. He's been out since he got hurt. Is there any truth to this?
No Whaley, No Williams. Smyrnas ship is sinking. Watching the Tech game last week there were no fans in the stands on Smyrnas side either. Has the town given up on them too? All I heard for 3 years was how that town backed that team. Sure looks like it when you're 2-5 and there's no more than 50 people on your side of the stands.

I think the early start time and weather had allot do with the lack of fans..

I am out of town but did check in on the board. I am happy the Sals won. (Now, let's see. They are 1-2 against teams with winning records and 6-0 against teams with losing records.) Due to the vagaries of scheduling they had a weak schedule this year. How will they due against Hodgson, Dover or Central? We know their fate against the Cavs. Yet, I will be gracious. Let me repeat: I am happy for the Sals. My son in law was probably dancing in the stands. I am even happy for you Situation Controlled.

Brian Kelly is one useless fellow. He may squeak by Northwestern tomorrow but he will take the pipe against Syracuse or SoCal. (Love the Irish NFL schedule. They play in NYC next week and in LA 2 weeks from now.) Kelly will screw it up and fire somebody. I would take Fitzgerald as HC in a minute.
I do hope the Tide beats LSU so that they will be removed from the Top 4. Remember the Irish beat them by an act of God on 1/1/18.

The mid 70's -- Bummy was in his prime. Nixon was President. The Dolphins were relevant. We were still doing the Apollo missions. You could buy a nice pair of jeans at Sears for 4.99. Those were the days.
Bummy would that Controlled used a word like "apprentice." That would fit far better into a narrative that bummy identifies with that "we are always learning."
