Smyrn wins 65-49. Without Bloodsworth they lose this game...he picked up his 3rd foul early in the 3rd, went to the bench & Smyrna only led 43-41 after 3 quarters after turning the ball over 4 possessions straight. He comes back in the 4th & immediate took control protecting the ball, assists & a few buckets. Anybody watching the game should have been able to see how much of a difference-maker he was tonight. Garnett came off the bench to finish w/ 20 & once again him & Veasley owned the paint. Corbin was a problem...I think he finished w/ 28 but Smyrna played straight denial defense on him all second half.

Another bad/off shooting night for Matthews but probably had about 13-15. He has been getting a lot of help here lately so Smyrna can win without him scoring 20+ depending on how he is being defended.

My first time seeing Woodbridge all year & I have to agree that they definitely play hard & have a lot of heart. They are just undersized & could use another scorer other than Corbin. They kind of remind me of Sussex Tech just not quite as much talent.
