I told somebody today that I like Salesianum & William Penn to make some noise.

William Penn has now routed Mt. Pleasant & St. George’s in back to back games.

William Penn is going to be tough still not sold on Sallies yet need to see a lil more from them even tho they beat Penn but this year should be very interesting it’s anybody chip to get

Hyland had 4 offensive fouls, maybe 1 was legitimate, rough game.

Took St. George's too long to adjust.

They eventually figured Penn out though but by than Hyland was in deep foul trouble.

A good coach will never let one man beat you period. ... William Penn has a good coach.. Defense first.... By time they figured out wat William Penn was doing.. It was too late...

On the offensive foul calls were they charges or the pushoffs with the offhand that I have seen opposing coaches complain about in the past on Hyland? Just wondering if William Penn’s coach may have put them on notice to be on the lookout for that call.

I know the guy sitting in front of me was screaming at the ref pretty much the whole game for them to watch out for Hyland pushing off. His final foul came on a nice assist to McCants but he ran into a planted defender just after releasing the ball. I thought for the most part the refs let them play last night.

Finally got see Cape..Rickards and
Smyrna kind of stopped them also

2 were away from the ball, with the guy that was face guarding him

1 was while dribbling

1 was on a drive and dish, defender stepped up and drew a charge call

Cape is going to be a problem that 1-2 punch is unreal but their guards can be an issue. I figured St. Georges was over rated. Bones is top 5 player in the state but without Rawls it just isn't enough, McCants is decent but shut down Bones you shut down St. G's
Last week we talking about St. Georges.. People said Bones had a solid supporting cast.. Please

Delaware refs call everything to the book which eliminates any discretion with physical play. Kids like McCant must play a hands off, fundemental game to stay out of foul trouble. This game came down to defense. William Penn plays solid D.
