I get the impression that all along the real problem for these two councilmen was their perception that too much attention was being devoted to one organization and not enough to sandlot football. And they vote to elect these people time and time again...

So they need $200,000 to evaluate and draw up basic plans for improvements? Wonder who the company that gets that job will be related to, and then where money will come from to actually make the improvements. Seems like a lot to take on 2 reno projects at once for a city that can't even properly staff fire stations.
