Question is, does Smyrna have another QB?
Without a really good QB they will be middle of the pack which will probably be good for everyone else.

Smryna is light years ahead the whole Henlopen North.. No one has adjusted to there system..

That Earthquake formation can give your opponents nightmares as long as you have the line and RBs to do it. Smyrna of course has both.

Smyrna loses its entire line to graduation. Whether they can still run the earthquake as effectively as they have will be a HUGE question mark. Whaley can fill the void left by Knight, but I'm not sure the line will be anywhere near as good as they have.

Will was extremely patient behind the LOS waiting for the holes and gaps to open up so he could burst through. Whaley will have to be even more patient for the new starters to do the same. I'm not saying they cant do it and run it as effective, it's just going to be in doubt until the season starts.

The QB has the ball every play. I have seen many of bigtime QB prospects be unstoppable at the HS level and win titles. Running and passing the ball. So don’t underestimate any QB who has the attention of D1 programs. If you don’t respect the Hype It will cost you.

That 9th grader at Smyrna has potential to be SPECIAL. That staff has done an amazing job at getting kids to buy into their system and teaching the system. That is an AWESOME staff. They also have the best LB in the state. #1 is a STUD.

Central will be Central. Physical, hardworking and well coached team. They won’t beat themselves.

“The Cape” is ready for a run. Maull is proven cant wait to see Cape in 3 years. He is already shaking things up by adding D2 champ Delmar to the schedule. Wouldn’t surprise me if he had a top 5 toughest schedule in 3 seasons.

Dover rises. Peace will be states leading rusher and score 20+ TDS. If they can’t win this year I don’t know if they will ever win.

WB, Delmar and DMA are top 3 as long as transfer bug doesn’t strike.

Delmar and WB are not losing anyone. no one Is transferring. St. frances is a horrible place to play, they over recruit, they have horrible facilties, and its in a horriale area!!! who in their right mind would want to live there.

No one from those teams are being recruited by saint Frances only one form Delaware Military Academy in D2 that I’m aware. I agree they over recruit. However there are other schools recruiting the state . No one will know anything until after summer like a previous poster said. Last I checked only one out of the ten in the state being looked at are a lock to leave. No one on WB is being recruited for either school. However Saint Frances has better facilities and program then any school in DE. Besides the school it self being close to a jail. But to say it’s a horrible place is not true. For any athlete it would almost certainly offer more opportunity then home if they were in the system early like 9th grade. Later transfers are a crap shoot and should stay home. Don’t forget there are schools in NJ DC and Virginia recruiting also

St Frances has no facilities. Wtf you talking about prepstars? I am from MD and know what all the MIAA schools have and St Frances is a shit hole. They may be using some work out center but it’s not their facility. They don’t even have their own field. Nothing like IMG for that matter and the academics there are a joke. Dude you don’t know as much about Delmarva football as you like to profess you do. You try and talk to the Delaware folk on here like they are stupid and don’t know how the recruiting game works well we know a whole lot more than you think. Many of us have been through it.

RR is correct. I was looking for some schools down in the DMV area. If my memory serves me correctly, St. Frances plays on a multi-sport field in a park. I think there was a baseball field within the football field. It was turf and I think the infield was a brown turf. I think Tatnall has more seating though. But it was a nice field. Anyway, Georgetown Prep and Our Lady of Grace had top notch facilities that were on their campus.

Loyola, Calvert Hall, McDonogh,, St Joseph’s etc all have amazing facilities. St Frances has nothing but an old building a basketball gym and house the kids in row homes in one of the worst parts of the city. You would have to be an idiot to send your kid their unless you want to chest thump and brag your kid got a free ride. A free ride is just a door opening if your kid doesn’t have the academic chops to take advantage or is a sure fire NFL prospect it’s a colossal waste of time and depriving your kid of the high school experience and memories

I said it was in a bad area. I also said anyone from DE Should stay home unless they are in a private school program early. Not going to debate the recruiting thing with you. Since you have placed zero kids this year in programs kinda pointless. For the record I contacted personally coaches that had kids on recruiting list to leave there HS so they could convince them to stay. So yea lol good game guy

So the bar for whether you can have an opinion on this is the number of kids you’ve “placed” this year? How many kids have you placed in programs? Stop trying to make money off transferring kids from one high school to the next. #leech #bottomfeeder #leechinainteasy

He doesn’t know my history or the Harco Horns program I started and ran which placed many kids in all the Maryland private schools Many of whom are playing college ball today but hey what do I know

No our teams were 6th 7th and 8th grade teams. Kids weren’t switching high schools back then. Md is not Delaware the private schools have been recruiting middle school kids since the 70’s. MD privates don’t play in the state tournament. We placed kids at Calvert Hall, Loyola, Dematha, Good Counsel, Gilman, St Paul’s, St Joseph’s, Curley, John Carroll, and some went public to my knowledge only one of them transferred in high school from Calvert Hall to McDonogh This was before the HS transfer craze

I make no money, from kids , programs , nothing I’m retired from any football programs. I help kids coaches anyone for free. There is no website to sign up no money to give or take. I do not need money lucky to be at that point in my life. I like data, football and helping. I connect kids to some coaching contacts but I don’t do it for money. I also always tell them that their Head Coach is their best advocate. That they need good film, and most likely you are not D1 bound. I can do this because I don’t need their money and I can be brutally honest with them after doing this for a long time. If I find kids that are from small schools that probably are lacking exposure I always help. Because In this day of recruiting you need to get exposure because if not you will be lost in the shuffle
. Again I do not need money I’m at this point in my life. It also means I’m not tied to a dead line or a schedule if I want to drive to Malvern pa and watch Keith Maguire work out I can. If I want to drive to Salisbury to watch Dominic Bailey practice I can. If i want to head to Cumberland Md to watch as 6’6” 290 tackle squat 500 for reps as a sophomore and help get him a shot at playing on Saturday I can. If there are kids In Delaware like David Bowman who I believe is a D1 ball player I try to help. Without anything or anyone giving me money. Sometimes kids just need the right coach to see their Film. Many have no idea how that works. And many have coaches that are new and really don’t know. Again I preach for them to stay home.
Not leave HS programs. College placing meaning helping them get to college. I was a scout at every level.
I never believed in recruiting for HS after it started. i never have done that and do not help that process in anyway. I believe it’s their choice and if that is the route they want to take then do it early 8th 9th grade. I help kids get exposure to college scouts coaches for free off the relationships I have. And I’m biased to the small school under recruited kid that I know has it but may be just in a bad spot. Like most of Delaware it’s why I spend a lot of time there. I love going to places people say is a waste since I had to spend my paid days in Florida or Texas or certain zip codes of PA. Now I can go anywhere. No agenda

Well then you’re one of the good ones. What do you think about the people who make money off that type of thing?

And can you help place me at a high school? I could be a star in the right situation
