I'm hearing John Weglarz from Appo, Mo Parsons and Trevor Jump from Mount, all 3 going to Del State. Ryan Steckline from Appo to Monmouth

Saw something a little while back on social media where St Georges had a big signing event of about 8 athletes across multiple sports and I think there were at least a couple going to Wesley for baseball

Jarrett Wallace and Brian Rush of St Georges to Wesley as per 302sports instagram post on Feb 24.

Good to see UD,De state and Wesley picking up a lot of in state talent, nice to be able to see local talent playing where locals can still see them play...Wilm U and GBeacon have been doing so for a while....congrats to all the young men

Seaford athletics are getting a big boost from hiring a very tuned in AD Coach Kobasa, ex Wesley basketball coach and all around great guy

Luke Wilhelm (A.I. DuPont HS) to Del tech Owens (Georgetown, DE) next year.
I sure hope his baseball career pans out, because I wouldn't want to enter the job market with a diploma from Del Tech Owens in my back pocket.

Rumor mill has it that John Andreoli (SS, Sals) is playing baseball along with football now at Catholic U. Read the dialogue this weekend and seems like the kid had quite a game, two homers.

An education is an education doesn't matter where it's from. Congrats to the young man for continuing to play and get an education as well.
With all due respect, that may be the biggest load of crap I've ever read on DePreps. Let's say you are a company's HR manager with four resumes on your desk. One for a candidate who graduated from Stanford, one from Penn State, one from Villanova, and one from Del Tech Owens. You've been instructed that you are only allowed to interview three. Who are you leaving out?

with SEED program, why not do the first 2 years of your college education for free especially if you're not 100% sure of what you want to do anyway. I'd much rather have my son do that than piss away 30K a year at a school only to change his major, or get a degree in something that he doesn't like.

And if he is decided on going into a skilled trade, the DelTech 2 year programs will do him just fine.

Perhaps he chose DelTech for other reasons, who knows? Ultimately, it really only matters to the kid and his parents.

Andreoli is playing football and baseball at Catholic at least his first year.
